7G Bümin is a record producer, DJ, performer, and the founder/resident artist of AFROBÜMIN. Hailing from Baltimore, MD, 7G is known for his distinctive afrocentric style, art direction, and performances, leading him to work with global artists and projects such as Jidenna, D Smoke and TV Series Iyanu.

Born Oladele Kiambu, 7G Bümin was raised in a Pan-African household, embedding his cultural experiences into his artistry. His creative evolution was a self-driven process: starting with music production at age 11, taking on challenges like learning stilt-walking, mastering DJ skills to promote his own tracks, and collaborating globally across different artistic mediums. These experiences collectively served as the foundation for the AFROBÜMIN culture.

June 2024 marked the first live event with the title.
